This is not a company that provides adequate communication between workers and clients for their waivers or services. Their merge with Helpers Inc. has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's impossible to get someone on the phone or email to answer your questions. Another Day Helpers has waited until the last minute to roll out new information with their clock-in DCI platform, paperwork, etc. and continues to send out vague emails to be on the lookout. We have four special needs children receiving services from Another Day Inc., and I cannot express just how much they truly care about their clients. From Angela to Lorraine we are treated with utmost respect and immediate attention. We have multiple staff members hired by Another Day and they would not work for any other agency. I highly recommend Another Day to anyone needing services for their special needs clients.
