Always a great experience every time I visit.
We tried the seasons offerings. Corned beef and Brussels and the Crunchy Pumpkin waffle. While these both sound like great choices we were not as impressed as we had hoped. I had the Corned Beef and Brussels but I could not get enough Corned Beef to even taste it. My wife got the Waffle and it just did not wow, the crunchy bits were good but the waffle was a bit dry and was just like any pumpkin flavored bread type dish. Good yes,,,, great no. Holy smokes! The corned beef hash with brussel sprouts was out of this world! Packed with flavor and enough food for days. The shrimp and grits was outstanding! What made it even better was the experience with Josh and Sam at the bar. Talk about engaging and working as a team. They were able to relate to everyone and before you knew it we were all having conversations and lots of laughter. I also had the Makers Mark pumpkin cold brew and again...so good. Great place! Will be making this our breakfast treat place. Coffee was great as you can definitely tell it is not prairie fire. Everything had seasoning and done excellently. Will be back!
