My family has been to Another Broken Egg in Pensacola many times and while the food is always amazing, this morning’s service was the best! Kiley was cheerful, friendly, and just the right amount of attentive. She made our morning feel extra special. Kiley is great and Another Broken Egg is lucky to have her.

I wasn’t even planning to write a review about this experience — until someone recently told me they had also been unfairly treated here, and they were black like me. Hearing their story made it clear that this isn’t just a one-time issue. This is a pattern, and something seriously needs to be done about how this manager treats people.
