Based out of the Nashville area, already had less than satisfactory experiences around the Cleveland area and thought I would just grab breakfast from something familiar. It was 9:45 on a Wednesday morning, host was able to seat me immediately and informed me my server is “among the best”. I believe the server’s name was Adrian. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! This has become my favorite breakfast/brunch spot. The food and service is always INCREDIBLE which is surprising considering this place is always packed!! He had Jennifer today and she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I live a good 30 minutes away but it’s worth the drive every single time!!

I enjoyed it Bourbon Street pancakes- good Bacon- good Potatoes - num. Num. Num. Num. Num. Num. Num My single complaint is a mysterious charge of $1.21 which interestingly enough is 3% of the check before taxes. I don't have a problem with the $1.21 but tell us what it's for. I would go back
We had a wonderful experience at The Broken Egg, thanks to our amazing waitress, Claudia! She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and helpfulness truly stood out, making our meal even more enjoyable. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for Claudia—she’s fantastic!
