Anoka Massage made an unauthorized charge on my Credit Card. I did not find out about it until I saw my billing statement. I did not receive an email, receipt, or alert of any kind from Anoka Massage about the charge. They have my card listed under an account that is not mine! After calling twice and not being called back, the owner finally called and left a message where she said that she would reverse the wrongful charge, but only if I remove my review. Your girlfriend provided your card. She late cancelled, no showed TWELVE times over the last 2 years. The last time, we charged the card on file. She signed our late cancel policy. I'm happy to send a copy of the documents to her so she can show you that she was very aware of our policy. Its not a common practice of ours to charge clients for no shows...but when it becomes excessive, we have to do something.
I have been going here monthly for years and have yet to have a bad experience! I absolutely LOVE Toni's massages... I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else!
Highly recommend coming here for massage therapy for pain relief and/or relaxation. I decided to seek out massage therapy here a couple of months after I was hit by a semi and I wish I would have come here sooner! Everyone was so nice here and it was such a calming, relaxing environment to be in. My massage therapist, Alison, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was very intuitive. This was the first place I turned to after being injured in an auto accident and I am so happy it was! From my first appointment I knew they genuinely cared about my wellbeing and getting me pain relief. The whole staff is so knowledgeable. It's been about one year since my auto accident and I know for a fact that I would not have recovered this much if it wasn't for them!
