My son moved in a month ago. Quite honestly, his apartment is decent. Beautiful view of the golf course and it appeared they had cleaned the carpet and did some painting. The issue is outside. You pull up and see a bunch of banged up garage doors and junk laying around the property. It would look more appealing if the management would fix this. I bet a lot of people drive right by when they see the outside. First impressions are important! Its embarassing.
This place is cheap! And you pay for what you get! Lived here for 6 months. We don't get hot or warm water 75% of the time. Sometimes I come home and there is no where to park. 10/10 would rent again.
