Please do not be deceived by this Hair Braider. Her hands are not anointed. Her beauty salon is a disgusting and nasty. Customer service was extremely poor. Alopecia customers please be aware this Hair Braider cannot assist you And will humiliate you. Being a customer that has experience hair loss is a very sensitive manner to a lot of women. I don't even know where to start with this one. The appt was made & confirmed. My daughter shows up, but no stylist. She gives a grace period, then sends a text. No answer. My daughter calls & still no answer. Minutes later, she finally gets a text from the stylist stating that she had forgotten about the appt & that she had an appointment to take her children to. Stylist rescheduled my daughter for the next day. Next day came & the stylist canceled the appointment altogether. What upsets me is I paid for the supplies requir... read more
