Tamar is the most talented therapist I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with a lot. 25 year old spinal injury, Tamar keeps things from spiraling out of control.
Relaxing environment. I always leave feeling better with an improved range of motion.
I have been here a few times and previous visits were okay. But this last visit was one of the top 3 worst massages I have had in decades of getting massages all over the country. I specified neck and hip as issues to be addressed. About 3 minutes was spent on my neck at the end of the hour with no relief. Not a typical massage, just trigger points.
