I was supposed to be reviewed by Dr Mondello in November 2024 this did not happen, it took me until March 2025 to sort out. Surgery was booked on May 31, delayed due to Mount Hospital, new date June 13. New date sometime in August. So much for being top in PTSD treatment. It all seems to be smoke and mirrors. I rang the anaesthetic services to pay the gap fee. No records of my surgery. Money had to be paid to Anodyne Clinic now in talks to get my $95 back.

So My partner had treatment booked and was even at the hospital when the treatment was canceled just hours out, due to her health. The thing this treatment was supposed to help. They then made a follow up appointment for us. I dont know why. we cannot attend and 28 hours out i called to cancel because, why would we follow up on something that never happened. No wonder they insisted I pay prior to my appointment. Just like the rest of them, make you feel completely unheard and that your experience isn’t your experience. I’ll be reporting to AHPRA, but those details are too private for Google. But be warned, not a clinic for anyone with trauma history. **EDIT- I have already relayed this to them via email.
