Completely disgusted with this practice. Waited 5 months for an appointment just to be called the week before to be told my referral was rejected 1 week after review but they still booked the appointment then didn't check it for 5 MONTHS!!. 5 months of waiting and hoping to get help with severe chronic pain just to have it all wasted by a "clerical error".
Dr Modello, Executive Rebecca, Nurse Emily a Rebecca and Sophia, kate are all legends, extremely compassionate and caring.As a Vet the PTSD treatment really helps.Thankyou..Steve
The management team and clinicians are exceptional. Dr Mondello is applying cutting edge medicine to address patients’ physiological pain symptoms as well as providing a number of modalities that can alleviate symptoms of depression and PTSD. I’m incredibly grateful for his knowledge, professionalism and ability to translate medical research into practice. He is dealing with a wide range of medical issues and succeeding in alleviating symptoms that formerly had no effective and sustainable treatment. He has changed my life.
Ive been to alot of doctor's and specialist over the year's what Anodyne Centre are doing is next level. You wont find any where else in W.A. Dr Mondello is a great guy, that treats you like a person and patient. He works with you to help resolve your chronic pain. In 25years Ive only met 2 other doctors like him, humble.
