Let me start by stating I used to be a sandblaster/painter on offshore production rigs, so I know what's involved, & clearly understand the service I was asking for... (less than a 10 min. project, blasting just the "cooking area" of a 10" $39 cast iron pan) with no rust mind you, just needed to rough up the cooking area so that the oil/seasoning would stick!
