Friendly, professional , very concerned on giving you the biggest bang for your buck. I am very happy I choose to come here. I highly recommend this practice. I just wish the receptionist had not announced to people in the parking lot that I was over a half hour late before I could explain that I changed the time with the Dentist. This resulted in a definite sympathetic discharge.
Everyone is very friendly and got denture fixed very quickly for me!
I was not happy and was disappointed with my care. I was given medication for a minor filling due to elevated bp (which is normal for me in these situations). The dosage was very high which caused me to be more than drowsy. I had trouble even walking into the office causing me to need assistance. Following the procedure, I was placed in a chair in the waiting room-asleep and alone. I was still “out of it” for the remainder of the day . This seems like more than was necessary for a simple cavity filling.
WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!!! If you are self pay or you care about rising insurance cost stay away from this facility. If you prefer honesty and integrity from your provider stay away from this facility.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Apparently I owed $38 and I was told they can no longer see me as a patient since it went to collections. I would have gladly paid the $38 dollars. This is ridiculous to me. They gave me no warning of this. Had they called and said hey if you don’t pay this we won’t be able to see you as a patient anymore, I would have most certainly figured out a way to paid it.
