Dr Mohan spends time with me when I go to an appointment. Very caring and educated doctor.
I came for a physical and an issue with my ear from flying. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. I saw Candy Smith NP. Her and her MA were fabulous. They both took time with me and listened. When I found out I had an ear infection and didn’t want to on antibiotics, Candy gave me a natural remedy that worked. I appreciate that she didn’t force or try to convince me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I will definitely be sticking with seeing Candy!
My first impressions were very positive, however, over time I discovered that high levels of turn over in her office created issues. Dr Mohan needs to decide what she wants to focus on, either family medicine or cosmetic procedures. On the medical side she is only available one day a week which means as her patient you’re with a PA. Every time I need anything I’m seeing someone new who doesn’t know me resulting in issues with getting basic meds filled and unnecessary office visits. I definitely do not recommend this doctor at all!!! Worst doctors office in mount pleasant. They gloss over symptoms especially with people who clearly have major health issues. They'll try to sue you if you owe even just a small amount of money. So they don't care about your privacy. They are money hungry and just don't care about the health of their patients.they've prescribed me meds that could physically harm me if I took them together. They've ignored obvious infections.
