The staff is very rude. I called over a week ago and confirmed an appointment for 10AM on Saturday. I was told multiple times that 10AM would be a good time to tour an apartment. When I arrived, the office was locked and no one was there. I went back home and called them at 11:02am (sign by front office said they open at 11am on Saturdays).
