Rude customer service and horrible nails
Very disappointed with this place. The gel nails were done very poorly – uneven, messy, and already lifting. It looks rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff kept speaking in their own language the entire time which made me feel very uncomfortable, and their attitude came across as rude and even racist. I would not recommend this salon to anyone
One of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. I got my nails done here and the result was extremely disappointing. The nails are not even, the shape is terrible, and the tips are so sharp that they actually hurt and scratch everything. It looks very unprofessional and poorly done. What’s even worse is that one of my nails fell off only 4 days after getting them done. That clearly shows the quality of the work. The staff were also very unfriendly. Instead of honoring existing appointments, they will take walk-ins and make you wait.
Best nail salon experience I have ever had! Lulu was so wonderful. Would recommend her to anyone!
