I had a mani pedi yesterday and the very next day my nail chipped when I started my car. I went in to have it fixed and the woman that did them yesterday was talking to the man who redid my nail. I don’t know what she said to him but he chastised me to not take my hands out of the dryer so fast like yesterday. I didn’t take my hands out of the dryer too quickly the day before and it chipped. I’m in town on a family vacation and decided to come to this nail salon, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I waited to get my nails done, had the tips applied, and then the nail tech told another employee that he couldn’t do a curved square shape. He said he didn’t feel comfortable working on me because I “snapped,” even though I was simply frustrated after already waiting and having the service started. Visited during a family trip and the experience wasn't the best and also wasn't the worse. My nail tech didnt seem to really care about the craft.

My service was rushed and I was not listened too. I kept repeating what shape I wanted and he kept proceeding to do something else. My thumb cuticle was cut due to him just rushing. He kept proceeding to be rough even with the cut and i had to keep pulling my hand back. I had to come home and fix my own nails. The lady who did my pedicure and my daughters manicure was great but I would not recommend Henry at all for nails.
