I appreciate the attempt to upsell but please don’t lie to my face or force me to take on an upgraded service I didn’t ask for. Yall claimed I ordered upgraded services for my boyfriend. I never asked for him to get gel polish. I’ve been coming here for at least 2 years or more. You’ve lost my business over your greed for $15.
Sonny is the best! My nails are stronger because he recommended dip to me and listened when I told him I don’t like my nails to look thick with dip. My natural nails are long and healthy. No need for tips or gel x. The receptionist is also always kind to me. I feel like a valued regular at Ann’s!!
I’ve been three times already and these nails are so cute. They always last a while and stay looking nice. My sister did have male tech this time and he was rude and rough with her and told her what he was going to do instead of what she asked for.
