I have been to Ann’s multiple times, and everytime has been better than the first! Everyone is ready to help you, and always so nice to me!! Luckily, I live in the area so I will never have to go anywhere else :)
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I’ve been coming here for years and I was treated very poorly when I came in today to let them know my nail broke the man told me I hit my nail and that’s how it broke no sir that’s not how that works my nail was very flimsy after I told her to do them thick . I usually let Ann or the man do my nails and never had a problem until now I came in yesterday (may,22,26) got my fill in asked the lady to do them thick and she did not do what I asked . Worst place ever, they burn my eye brows cuticles it has been years since they won’t grow back. And Ann’s husband is a mess , he was so dismissive and rude. It’s been over 8 years now and i am still pissed. 😡
