Only gave 1 star because I had to. I never give reviews and always try to go directly to the source but when I get such horrible customer service, here it is. Leaving my first ever google review. Knew better than to order from here but thought I’d give it one more try since it’s the only florist in town. Specifically ordered a white funeral basket arrangement to be delivered to a funeral. Ordered flowers for funeral and this is the arrangement for $100. Super disappointed and if they had shown me or said, “this will only get you a $12.99 bunch of flowers in a vase is this what you are looking for?” we would have set expectations and gotten something worthy of a funeral and not a get well bunch of flowers for a kitchen table. Embarrassing and disappointing.
