I had such a wonderful experience working with Ann’s flower boutique in Oakville. She made the wedding planning process feel so much less stressful. Her guidance, attention to detail, and warmth meant everything to me. Highly recommended!

I ordered the spring bouquet for my sister’s birthday. Flowers were beautiful, fresh, delivered on time and she loved them. My only complaint is the bouquet from the website (pic on the left) was colourful pink/purple flowers and the bouquet we received (pic on the right) had no colour…..it was all white.

It isn't possible to leave a review with no stars, so please take the one star with a heavy grain of iodized salt. This vendor may or may not be a great location to purchase flowers (based on what I see on google reviews, it's 50/50) . My review is for a purchase of a "Godiva" Choclates Gift Basket that i made for a co-worker's retirement. For almost $200 all in, the delivery was a shambles (the basket came delivered with a huge tear in the cellophane and chocolates within the wrapped portion strewn all over the place) . The arrangement was stunning! Ordered right after Valentine rush and they created a beautiful full bouquet with a special assortment of flowers. Customer service is outstanding as ai has a card issue and they were patient and reached out directly rather than declining to deliver. Honestly, good people💝

Flowers ordered 1 day in advance with delivery promised next am as leaving at noon. After numerous telephone calls & texts Flowers only delivered after 2:00 pm - to late as already left! Poor promised delivery service
