Horrible. AMY was horrible. Don’t go to this place. Very unprofessional. All she kept saying was how she hates her boss cuz she was suspended one time. Like why work there? Everyone else was nice though

Not good customer service. I got a Keratin's treatment and got burned so i requested a refund or partial refund, something that compensate the three days that i couldn't go to work. i don't make a lot of money at my job. Anna Marie's probably makes in a couple of hours what i make in a week. But she refused to pay for nothing. What it really hurts me is that she didn't even bother asking me how often i go there and how many times i have pay her over $200.
