Had to appointment with Dr. Ray, for allergies and sleep problems, and although we addressed the allergies I had been suffering from.... with a treatment plan which I thought was the main reason for the visit. We delved much deeper into my mental stresses of late with caring for an elderly parent and work stressors that were draining me mentally and physically. So many great things to say about Dr. Ray. She has saved me from making unnecessary trips to the hospital and from having unnecessary tests and procedures. It's obvious she is extremely intelligent and caring, whether its a telehealthor office visit.
Her caring and understanding of your medical needs. She treats you as a person not as a diagnosis.
She will take all the time needed to answer all my questions. She treats me with respect & I trust her completely. I have been a patient of Dr. Ray's for many years & will stay with her.
Dr. Ray takes the time to explain any health questions or concerns you may have until you throughly understand. Her personality adds to her care.
She sat down with us and explained the test results. She answered all our questions as well.
Dr. Ray is very kind in addition to being an awesome doctor. Spends time and never feel rushed.
The first thing I noticed was that Dr Ray takes her time when you are in her company. Her appointments are not rushed and she is able to take 'Doctor Speak' and translate it into something I can comprehend.
