I had a very bad experience with this endontist office. To make a very long story short my insurance wouldn’t cover my procedure which was not their fault. But they told me over the phone that they would accept a payment plan for the $1400 we owed them. That is fine with us. After speaking with the secretary multiple times I then got a letter in the mail demanding FULL payment WITHIN 10 DAYS or it would go to collections. What happened to working with us?
