I tried making an appointment and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It does not provide a positive first impression on the clinic. I did not go ahead and try any further to make an appointment.
After a family member had a visit relating to mental health - heard nothing back after doing relevant lab work. TWO MONTHS LATER it took the patient calling the clinic to figure out next steps, and had a completely disrespectful and insensitive medical assistant to speak with. In a world where mental health is such a critical issue I sure hope better care is out there!!
Dr. P is AMAZING. I don't love a lot of things about Utah, but her being my PCP makes it tolerable =) Great bedside manner, and actually LISTENS to my issues rather than throw the typical meds at them.
Dr PIacitelli is really the best physician I have had. She has a great bedside manner, she is intelligent, and she gets it right. I have gone in thinking I had one ailment, and she figures things out. She puts the patient first and their well-being. She is top-notch. Her staff are caring as well. Kudos!
If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This doctor is so awful. Prescribed my husband medications that literally poisoned him. After he specifically told her he has negative reactions to SSRI’s she continued to try to prescribe them. Then she called us back and told us we were fired from her office after simply asking that she called us back. She is unprofessional and should have her license revoked!
