I tried making an appointment and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. It does not provide a positive first impression on the clinic. I did not go ahead and try any further to make an appointment.
After a family member had a visit relating to mental health - heard nothing back after doing relevant lab work. TWO MONTHS LATER it took the patient calling the clinic to figure out next steps, and had a completely disrespectful and insensitive medical assistant to speak with. In a world where mental health is such a critical issue I sure hope better care is out there!!
Dr PIacitelli is really the best physician I have had. She has a great bedside manner, she is intelligent, and she gets it right. I have gone in thinking I had one ailment, and she figures things out. She puts the patient first and their well-being. She is top-notch. Her staff are caring as well. Kudos!
