Please head my experience and avoid this company like the plague During our stay on the 1st of January, our room had these issues. - Toilet was disgusting - Dirty bath, sink, and floor - Garbage on the floor from previous guest - Glasses clearly used and still containing liquid - No WiFi information - out of date after hours number - No blanket or top sheet on bed - sheets weren’t changed after previous occupants - hair on pillows and sheets - No water or cider as indicated in the room - Inaccurate stay information in room -... read more
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! But the room itself had a huge stain on the wall near the table. Our bath tub had a weird pink stain around the top that wasn't wiped off.
My husband and I came here a year ago for the first time for our anniversary. We stayed in the London Fog room which was pleasant enough. Fast forward to this year. Either we didnt notice how bad it was last year or this place just isnt being maintained anymore. We stayed in the garden room. It felt like we walked right into the 90s. Everything was so dated. We came two years ago and stayed here and it was great. So when my husband’s birthday came up, I figured this would be a great place to go to celebrate and have a romantic evening. Once we arrived, the room (enchanted forest) smelt like there was already a party that went on prior to our stay because it rank like marijuana. The carpet was dingy, dirty and looked like a dog attacked it.
