I have to be honest Dr Fletcher is AMAZING. She delivered my son 16 years ago and performed my hysterectomy. I called several times for several years to try to get a status but the last time i called them i was transferred to billing for whatever reason but i didnt not appreciate the way i was treated and then when i demanded to stop being cut off while explaining, i got transferred again. Doctor Cater was a Godsend. I wanted a vbac and she promised me I'd get one. Even with the placenta problems. My son turns 3 in 17 days.
I have seen Dr. Ballard for over 20 years with no problems until the year 2022. I went to her for a problem that I had going on for a few months and she recommended surgery to cure the problem. I trusted her and went in for same day procedure that ended up being 3 days in the hospital and major surgery after cutting into my intestines.
