Today my sister called 911 thinking that someone would show up with genuine concerns about the care of my mother, only to be faced with one of the rudest individuals rendering medical service to patients in need. R Harper said they would not be in a hurry getting my mother to the hospital and she will not turn the lights on. The comments were very unprofessional coming from someone of her status. Lights may not have been needed, but neither were her comments.

Well first I would like to Thank The team of standing individual's that transported me to UAB ,on the 12th day of August 2025 . With out them I couldn't have expressed my gratitude.Due to a gun shot wound to my head ,I required Specialist RMC didn't have,Over 70 miles away at UAB they were waiting,so at this time this team of individuals and their combined experience went into action the driver whom I have yet had the opportunity to express my gratitude the most ,drove that ambulance like a pro . 8 want to thank the paramedics that took me to the hospital yesterday. I was so sick and they were so caring. I don't know their names, but if I ever have to go back to the hospital by ambulance I hope they're the ones that come back to my house. So thank you again and keep up the good work.

I was extremely sick and almost passed out. I live alone. Took them 30 mins to get here, and the paramedics were rude. Acting like it was an inconvenience. Told me to just take my meds and I'd be fine. I couldn't keep anything down. Knowing I was a fall risk, they were out the door and down the stairs before I even had my door locked to go outside myself. No assistance from either guy. I could have fallen. I'd rather hitchhike than use Anniston EMS again
