8 want to thank the paramedics that took me to the hospital yesterday. I was so sick and they were so caring. I don't know their names, but if I ever have to go back to the hospital by ambulance I hope they're the ones that come back to my house. So thank you again and keep up the good work.

I was extremely sick and almost passed out. I live alone. Took them 30 mins to get here, and the paramedics were rude. Acting like it was an inconvenience. Told me to just take my meds and I'd be fine. I couldn't keep anything down. Knowing I was a fall risk, they were out the door and down the stairs before I even had my door locked to go outside myself. No assistance from either guy. I could have fallen. I'd rather hitchhike than use Anniston EMS again

Called today to transport my husband to the VA. I was told you guys didnt transport to the VA - because the VA wouldnt let you. I've been here several hours now and haven t found anybody here that knew of that policy. Im gonna keep asking though. I've seen 3 different ambulance companies here - they didnt have any problems bringing a VETETAN Here that is very sick. Shame on you.

Thank you Anniston EMS, and Anniston Fire Department. I've called you 3 or 4 times in 3 nights, two times for my mom. Thanks for checking her and getting her to the hospital. I am waiting to hear something as I type this. Thanks also to the two very nice men who picked me up on Friday. I have COVID, a mild case but had to be transported to RMC after feeling sick and hyperventilating. The EMT spoke kindly to me and at one point held my hand. Thank you guys so much!!!!
