Well first I would like to Thank The team of standing individual's that transported me to UAB ,on the 12th day of August 2025 . With out them I couldn't have expressed my gratitude.Due to a gun shot wound to my head ,I required Specialist RMC didn't have,Over 70 miles away at UAB they were waiting,so at this time this team of individuals and their combined experience went into action the driver whom I have yet had the opportunity to express my gratitude the most ,drove that ambulance like a pro . 8 want to thank the paramedics that took me to the hospital yesterday. I was so sick and they were so caring. I don't know their names, but if I ever have to go back to the hospital by ambulance I hope they're the ones that come back to my house. So thank you again and keep up the good work.
I was extremely sick and almost passed out. I live alone. Took them 30 mins to get here, and the paramedics were rude. Acting like it was an inconvenience. Told me to just take my meds and I'd be fine. I couldn't keep anything down. Knowing I was a fall risk, they were out the door and down the stairs before I even had my door locked to go outside myself. No assistance from either guy. I could have fallen. I'd rather hitchhike than use Anniston EMS again
Called today to transport my husband to the VA. I was told you guys didnt transport to the VA - because the VA wouldnt let you. I've been here several hours now and haven t found anybody here that knew of that policy. Im gonna keep asking though. I've seen 3 different ambulance companies here - they didnt have any problems bringing a VETETAN Here that is very sick. Shame on you.
