Was told they won't take my insurance because if they have to call for prior approval it takes too long. She said they can't tie someone up on the phone. Now according to my healthcare website my insurance is accepted there. She doesn't like dealing with them so denied me medical care. Wow!
Dr Smith is an outstanding physician she and her staff are very professional yet caring and cordial with her patients. I would recommend Anniston ENT to anyone. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.
My daughter needed tubes in her ears and they did an amazing job. I've never had a problem, but they are so slow. Be prepared to wait a long time. Even on days where there aren't many people, you'll be there at least an hour. We've had checkups that we sit in the waiting room and back room for over and hour, and the doctor only spends about 2 minutes in the room.
Dr. Smith is a great physician. She is very professional, conscientious and caring. In my office visit she actually identified a mole on the side of my face that she said look like could be melanoma. I had it biopsied and it was in fact melanoma. Her caring attitude resulted in early diagnosis and a much better situation for me.
Dr. Smith is one of the most caring and thorough physicians. She takes time with her patients and really listens. She truly cares about her patients and her staff. You won’t find that these days. I recommend her office out of any ENT in the area.
