RecommendedDr. McVeigh is the best!! He actually cares about his patients, as do the nurse practitioners. I have absolutely no hesitation with any of them and wondering if I could have done better elsewhere. Good job, ladies and gentlemen!!
Walked in at 11:39A.M just to pay a $30.00 copay to wait around 2 hours. It is currently 1:48P.M & I am still here waiting! This is absolutely ridiculous. When I walked out to ask them what the problem was they told me they had one other patient ahead of me... pretty sure that was a lie. This was my first visit to Anniston CarePlus will never go back. 🙂
Never again will I ever go there again!!!!! The women in the front office are the laziest, rudest, non-knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with!! Your front office staff will make or break your business! The owner needs to do some reflecting... Place is pathetic!!!
My husband came for a possible broken foot because we were trying not to have to go to the ER and they had to get a book out to know how to xray his foot...then didn’t show him the xrays but told him they were treating it for a fracture then wrote him a script to go get a boot...absolutely ridiculous, if you can’t do your job then don’t be there...went to TOC in Huntsville the next day and they were fabulous. We will NEVER be back here.
RecommendedGreat staff..and Cares cares! They take good care of me and my mom..and when I couldn't get covid tested anywhere. They made it simple. Plus they don't use the ten foot long q tip for covid testing!😏

RecommendedA big thank you to careplus for seeing me yesterday! I was diagnosed with the coronavirus a week ago, and my lungs started hurting me. They brought me in for X-ray and blood work and told me I had pneumonia too! They gave me the medicine I needed to help! Thank you!!!
all they worry about is money. All covid 19 testing is supposed to be free if you don't have insurance but not there. and when I said I would call the news station, I was told to go to hell cuz they don't help people like me. I would not trust them to treat me cuz they will probably tell you things that isn't even wrong, just to get your money.
stay over 2 hours in extreme pain only to sit in a waiting room! noone can say how much longer you will be waiting, then get pulled to a room to sit another hour or so!!!! staff is so RUDE!
