Dr. Nwogu is great...but he really needs to improve office management and notification to patients when appts are canceled. Sign inside says if you are 15 minutes late...blag blah blah...patient punished. But if you hv appt made for 6 months ...drive 20 miles one way...arrive early to find no where to park ...so park at 10th St...walk thru dark parking deck, up flights of stairs to get to office on time...sign in...sit 15 minutes just to be told..."Oh letters were sent out to cancel appointments for this date".
