Had a very odd situation - something had crawled into the HVAC duct and was skittering around in the vent next to our in home HVAC unit. I called Annihilators Inc., spoke with the office manager and she had the owner call me back within ten minutes. He advised me to get an HVAC guy to take a look at the problem. Very responsive and scrupulously honest - any problems I have going forward Annihilators Inc will be my go to company.
We have used Annihilators numerous times for our home and for our business properties. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Joe is very knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Any insect issues we have had, were remedied.
We have used Joe & June Clark for as long as we can remember and always provide great service and great work. They are absolutely great to work with and even better people. We have recommended them to all our current and past clients and they have all appreciate their expertise and level of service. Until Joe retires they are our go to people! ( You better not retire anytime soon )

I have used this company for years. I have rental properties and I see bugs and varmints. They get rid of both. Prices are fair. They get to job sites on time with no excuses or exceptions.
