I placed an order for tea online in April, right when CoVid shut down everything. I got a confirmation email, nothing else. Emailed two weeks later, heard nothing. Then, completely forgot about it. I had a phone call in December from the owner apologizing, explaining what went wrong, and asking how I wanted her to fix it. I was impressed by the personal phone call and the effort to fix it. I will be a repeat customer!

I don't know what happened to the company when the new lady took over but all I know is, the voice mail has been full and I can't leave a message. The website is gone without explanation. I had great customer service when Annie had the Tea Time business but the new person might have bitten off more than she can chew. I hope the problems can be resolved because I really would like to buy tea merchanrise found only on Annies.

Sign on door says Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:45 pm and business wa as closed. I called the number on the business hours sing, no answer went straight to voice mail. Sadly not good for business when they close early...
