Horrible Experience – Do NOT Go Here I had an awful experience at Annie's Nail Spa in Bayonne, NJ. The staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful from the moment I walked in. I specifically asked for UV gel, and instead of listening to what I wanted, they went ahead and did dip powder completely ignoring my request. They will avoid accountability and wrongdoing for their terrible actions. After spending thousands of dollars in service and hundreds in tips (most of which they demanded from me and didn’t deserve) I will not be going here anymore. Last time i was in here was today, i walked in and after a brief rude interaction I walked out because I could NO longer tolerate how terribly they treat me. Don't bother with this place. They do not care what you want and up charge you. My wife has been here 15+ times to get get nails done. Time and time again they disrespect her, don't listen to what she wants, or they up charge her for the same thing she just got a couple weeks prior. I even took her back myself one time because they flat-out did not listen to her and did the nails completely wrong. She kept trying to give them a benefit of a doubt because one of the technicians was good, but this last visit was the last straw... read more
Sophia is my go-to nail tech for mani and most pedis. Love her. Emily, Mandy, and Anna, all do a great job too! All the ladies are so welcoming. Been going to Annie's since they were located on 440. Very happy with my nails every time. Thank you!
