Living at Bay151 for over 2 years has been a great experience. The staff are responsive, maintenance is quick, and the community stays quiet and well-kept. Management is easy to communicate with and professional. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

The pedicure experience was unsatisfactory, lacking attention to detail and rushed. Midway through, the air conditioning was turned off, and the subsequent massage following the paraffin treatment was insufficient. After what felt a pretend massage, she asked me if I wanted to add more time. Overall, the service quality was subpar. Extremely Disappointing Experience — I Will Not Return I walked in for a pedicure and was specifically told I was next. They seated me, had me begin soaking my feet, and then left me waiting for nearly 30 minutes. During that time, three other walk-ins arrived after me, sat beside me, and every single one had their service started before mine. They don’t care about residence anymore after they changed the management company. I requested my leasing document regarding liability and agreements and they ghosted my email. They don’t receive calls as well.

We have been here for 3 years (since 2023) and have been very happy with the building, location and amenities. The management staff is responsive and very helpful.
