I came in as a walk-in and was told they could accommodate me. While waiting, I used the bathroom, which unfortunately was not very clean. When I was brought to the massage room, the table sheets were visibly dirty and had to be changed after I asked. There were spots and hair all over. had a genuinely awful experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. The massage itself was rushed, poorly done, and felt like the therapist had no real training. There was no communication about pressure or problem areas, and when I did speak up, it was ignored. The room was unclean and unprofessional, which made it hard to relax at all. I regularly see Sophia. I run, I sit in an office all day, I lift weights every morning - and I am very sore more often than not. I was also trained as a massage therapist many years ago. I don’t practice anymore but I am very picky about who I allow to work on me. Sophia always knows what to work on. I feel better immediately after and feel progressively better the following 3 days. I also appreciate that she works on me fully draped (unless she needs to directly palpate some tissue). She works just fine through the drape. ... read more
