The massages are a hit or miss. The biggest problem I’ve experienced here is making an appointment online. I’ve requested a certain therapist when making an appointment online but didn’t know the therapist was not there that day until I arrived. I’ve never seen a business allow you to request an employee for when they are not there and not tell you until you arrive. Either change your website so we can see the full schedule of the therapists or text us if we make an appointment online for a day the therapist will not be avai... read more

massage was going fine even agreed to more time but apparently there was a rush of walk in customers so i was told they could not honor the additional time agreed to, ruined the relaxing nature of a massage. lulu seemed genuinely apologetic to have end the session abruptly.
