Annie is an amazing instructor. She encourages you and motivates you. She truly cares about all of her clients and helps them along their journey. I have know her for a little over 2 years now and I am happy to say that she is more than an instructor, she is my friend. I highly recommend her! Karen
I have been working out with Annie for over a year now. Annie is a great trainer, she is a great motivator! She pushes you to do more, because she knows that we are capable of doing more than we think we can. It’s so true! Annie is a great trainer she motivates you to keep pushing even outside of a gym setting. I was attending her classes for 2 months and I saw great progress. The best part was as I was working out it was a lot of fun, it was easier to push through the pain and achieve the ultimate goal. I would recommend her 100%
