Just had the most wonderful experience here with a pedicure, the esthetician was very thorough and gentle, and also followed up with a 10-minute massage. She also gave me an olive oil cream sample. Felt very well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!
I like the nail service of this store
Starting off, I am VERY disappointed with this business. My daughter and her friend went to get a nice pedicure for upcoming trips and was very unhappy with EVERYTHING!!! The workers were extremely rude and disrespectful towards them and even expected MORE of a TIP after the horrible service. They had cold water, cold towels, unsanitary tools, rude comments, and a disgusting outcome of nails.They wouldn't let them past the exit without tipping more then they should have and I was FURIOUS!! Stopped by late Monday morning because my usual place was closed. They are able to seat me right away. Very nice and courteous. I got a powder gel manicure and 10 minute massage. They kindly assisted me in deciding a powder color. The manicure was quick and did a great job. The massage was very nice. The place was clean. The price was reasonable - $42 powder manicure. Unfortunately 2 nails chipped within 24 hours so I lowered my rating.
DO NOT GO HERE…. I walk in and I ask for a fill-in for my acrylic nails and a pedicure… I show her the most simplistic design you could think of and she starts raising her voice and saying how she can’t do it… I didn’t argue with her and I just said forget the design. I go to the pedicure chair and when she was scrubbing my feet she CUT MY FOOT and the water in the tub part of the chair was so cold!! I was over it at this point but I needed my nails done badly so I sat down and she starts cutting my nails off!! I got so mad ... read more
