The service at Annie's Auto was absolutely fantastic. I needed them to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was thinking about buying. There was a friendly and clear explanation of what they would do and the fact that I was the customer (not the dealership) so everything would be communicated directly to me. My van was a hot mess. Multiple issues and I was on a time crunch to get it back. They took me in right away, got all the work done in the timeframe that I had and did great work! They were patient with me, and explained things well. I appreciate their hard work.
