ALWAYS keep your yellow sheet when consigning. I had made several drop offs to Annie's, dating back to The Shelbyville Rd location and got careless about keeping my receipt, as I’d never needed it. After turning over 32 pcs. of crystal (eight place settings: water, wine, iced tea, champagne) I never received any payment. When I asked if the items had been sold, the store can find no record of me turning them in, and since I can’t find my receipt I have no way to prove it either. I’ve shopped and sold as Annie’s Attic for many years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Lisa especially has always been so welcoming and as shown such integrity. Plus is always a fun treasure hunt!
BEWARE!!!! They lost items I consigned. Went to pick up what had not sold by the date they gave me. I was told to walk their store and look for them. They were no where....so, they either sold them and kept all of the money, or someone walked out with them, or now that the date to pick up unsold items has passed - if they surface, and the items are sold, Annie’s Attic will keep 100% of the money they receive. JUST BEWARE!
