What began as a delightful pampering experience quickly evolved into a disheartening display of disrespect. Initially, I was a loyal client, generously tipping for the attentive service. I really try to give these nail salons the benefit of the doubt. They treat their Black customers very poorly. This is the umpteenth time where I walked in, waited nearly 15 mins, then they ask me if I want to come back instead. But will smooth assist the white woman who walks in right after me. Im done and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Maria, you were treasure.
