I wouldn’t trust or recommend BHGRE agent Earl Coleman or the broker Dexter Dix if that’s his name that I was given, at the 5775-D Glenridge Drive, Atlanta, Ga The agent is a fraud, rip off and his broker stands behind the fraud. Keller Williams agents and brokers are honest and reliable, unlike BHGRE have scammers and the broker Dexter Dix, if that is his name stands behinds his crooked agents.
Worst Closing Agent I have dealt with in 40 years in the Mortgage Industry. Took 2 days after the close to get funds disbursed. Then they wired the funds to the wrong account and blamed me even though they left the terminal digit off and they had a canceled check. Then took over 5 hours to get a return call and get funds sent. Worst service ever!
