We recently engaged Annie to sell our house in Palo Alto and it was an excellent experience. The sale price was well above our expectations with tons of competitive offers, probably due in no small part to her excellent staging. We were also away in another state for most of the sale process, and I always felt that she was on top of things and communicating well. I think she more than earned her reasonable commission rate.
