Just had the most horrible experience with Annie the Maid in Las Vegas, NV. l had them come out to the house for a cleaning before my company came for Christmas (Monday December 4th). They broke things in the house (shower door and something in the kitchen) and never told me. Only cleaned very surface of stove. They were leaving and I had to ask them to specifically vacuum and dust (guess they do not consider that "cleaning"). They vacuumed the room I had asked for but never did the 2nd bedroom.
