Polite, concerned, knowledgeable. Felt confident in that Dr. Tan knows her field of expertise and she would take care of my health needs to the best of her abilities.
At the end of my visit I had no questions. That's how thorough Dr. Tan was with me. I left out of that office feeling no fear of the surgery at all.
