Had the absolute best experience getting a Japanese straightening treatment! My hair is very curly, frizzy, and thick and Annie was able to make it completely pin straight!
I have been going to Annie’s for over 15 years. I don’t know what was going on with her this time. I went in for highlights and layers and Annie completely butchered my hair and the highlights were orange and silver. What was worse was the way she treated me after I told her I wasn’t happy with what she did. She was very rough and rude to me while dying my hair again to correct HER mistake.
