terrible service ruined my moms hair and would not accept to fix it afterwards. There was a guy there that was super rude and wanted to just not take accountability of anything. Would give 0 stars if i could do not make the mistake of going here.
I am extremely upset and disappointed with this salon. I loved my hair and had paid a lot of money for a perm. I came in only asking for a very small trim — I was very clear that I wanted half an inch, at most one inch, just to clean up the ends. Nothing more. Instead, they cut off a significant amount of my hair without confirming with me, completely ruining my perm. This is not something that can simply be fixed. Good service
Had the absolute best experience getting a Japanese straightening treatment! My hair is very curly, frizzy, and thick and Annie was able to make it completely pin straight!
