I am SO disappointed in Annie’s Sky nails on 1840 East Joppa rd. In Parkville. This is the work I received and they expected me to pay in full! And told me if I didn’t pay they would call the cops and that I didn’t have to come back. If you know me you already know what I did or didn’t do with that information.
