I honestly had a horrible experience with the employee that goes by Sunny. I had old acrylic nails that I needed to get removed, and she just started to dig into them and RIP THEM OFF with the bottom of another acrylic nail. If I wanted to rip them off I would have ripped them off myself, but I went to a “professional” place to get them off professionally with filing & acetone, and that was not the case. Absolutely terrible experience. I went in for a simple shellac manicure, and it turned into a disaster. While removing my previous polish, the tech aggressively ground into my nails so deeply that it left visible lines across my nail beds — to the point that the new polish couldn’t even go on smoothly. Instead of taking responsibility, she actually told me it was my fault because I “don’t have even nail beds.” Excuse me — what?! Mery’s acrylic is always PERFECT. She pays so much attention to detail. My sets last a month. The entire staff is friendly as well. I don’t go any where else!
