I went in on Sunday to get a takeoff and a new set. I showed the lady the design I want it however that is not what I got the nails were sloppy. They were lumpy. She didn’t even like file them down. They were crooked and when I did tell the lady, I did not like them a second lady proceeded to come and try to fix the Nails as well. However, I was still nice about the situation. First time back to a normal salon in about a year and remembered today why I stopped going to regular salons. They first treated me like I couldn’t pay for the pedicure I was asking for when I was verifying price I was told over the phone when calling 2 days prior to check the pricing of what I wanted. Nancy is amazing. If you’re into nail art Nancy is your girl. Every time is gorgeous. Every one is super friendly. The salon is not super beautiful but it is super clean and best mani/pedi you’ll ever get. Been going there for years.
