I went in on Sunday to get a takeoff and a new set. I showed the lady the design I want it however that is not what I got the nails were sloppy. They were lumpy. She didn’t even like file them down. They were crooked and when I did tell the lady, I did not like them a second lady proceeded to come and try to fix the Nails as well. However, I was still nice about the situation. First time back to a normal salon in about a year and remembered today why I stopped going to regular salons. They first treated me like I couldn’t pay for the pedicure I was asking for when I was verifying price I was told over the phone when calling 2 days prior to check the pricing of what I wanted.
