I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here.
