Incredibly unprofessional office. We confirmed with this office, prior to scheduling an appointment, that they were in our insurance network and we were covered for our visit. We scheduled and received two visits and were billed over $700. At that point the office informed us that they were incorrect, and that we owed the balance in full. Apparently the doctor has two locations, and only one is in network.
