There was slight lateness, but I was willing to wait for the hairdresser to come in. However the other staff that washed, shampooed my hair was SO aggressive! So so aggressive and not gentle at all. When the hair stylist finally arrived, I told her long layers and not to leave it so short. She completely took off so so many inches. So so disappointing and so upset!
We were walk-ins.Took my 2 boys for haircuts. Lady who cut their hair was very patient. We showed pictures of what we wanted and she would go over everything before she cut.
Very nice and clean a lot experience.
I needed an urgent after-work perm and called around at 5 pm. Annie took me despite the lateness, and gosh she and her assistant were so efficient and accurate! Seeing them work is such a treat! And they charged very very reasonable price. I am more than happy with the result!
