I came across Annie when I was at a total loss as to how to approach diet when my perimenopause symptoms were at their worst. Annie was instantly reassuring and calm and designed a customised approach for me. Weekly check-ins were a great support and helped tweak my diet plan for how I was feeling and changes to my schedule. It has been such a pleasure to work with Annie. I’ve been working with Annie since early 2024 after struggling to lose weight. Since menopause I had gainedi weight and was finding it more difficult to lose than I had in the past. Annie taught me a new way of eating that balanced my hormones and not only helped me lose weight but also provided relief from other menopausal symptoms.
