This has been the worst place I have ever rented. Every time I had an issue with the apartment, it was extremely difficult to get anyone from the office to respond or actually get the problem fixed. I had an electrical issue that took well over 90 days to get resolved. The toilet was also constantly leaking water, and I repeatedly had trouble getting someone to address it. This is the worst apartment complex i have ever experienced. I fought mold issues due to a leaking roof, and electrical issues. The complex has been bought out recently, and is being "renovated". By renovated they mean they painted it grey and called it a day. Maintenance wants to visit more often than my friends do. I get a 24 hour Maintenance notice once every two weeks. The office staff refuse to answer the phone, or return voicemails. We get graffiti'd by the neighboring section 8 housing once a year. I would give annhur... read more
